OMG Frank Lampard was in belfast, how did i not know of this, arghhhh its nto often we get big celebs in our wee country so this is huge news he was here, ragin! We dont usually have Paps hanging around either unless theres some huge event here so my guess is these pics wer taken from a fan and sent to a agency, they proabably assumed they would have some privacy over here
