IT'S The Tum Show! Smitten Frank Lampard sets tongues wagging as he places a cheeky touch into lover Christine Bleakley's midfield.
The moment came after England star Lamps whisked the former One Show beauty on a romantic sunshine break to Italy's Lake Como.
Another holidaymaker at the pavement cafe told us: "Frank just couldn't stop caressing and kissing Christine.
"They were laughing and giggling. Then at one point Frank got us all wondering as he playfully patted Christine's tummy and they both cracked up, whispering to each other. It's obvious what fans could read into it, though really it was more like he was just feeling how toned and fit she is - and she does have a fantastic figure."

But the lovers are known to be keen on family life. Friends say they've already discussed moving in together.
And Christine, 33 - who starts her new ITV job in September - is said to be keen to bond with Frank's daughters, four-year-old Luna and Isla, three. Pals say she's anxious to meet their mum - Frank's ex Elen Rivas - in order "to bury the hatchet" and clear the air.
Just one big happy family, eh?
