Rumours: Silva Bid Made?

It's being rumoured that Liverpool have made a bid for Valencia's David Silva. The Spaniard has been a long term rumoured target for Rafa Benitez and the belief in the Daily Mirror today is that £15m plus Andriy Voronin, who has no future on Merseyside, has been offered to Valencia for Silva.
Valencia are believed to be in serious financial problems so they may well need to sell players this summer and this apparent offer from the Reds could be too good to refuse? Real Madrid are also believed to be interested in the Euro 2008 winner with it also rumoured that Real are trying to lure Javier Mascherano to Spain by offering us an £18m package that also includes Gabriel Heinze?
In other Reds news, and also rumour news, Brazilian side Cruzeiro have denied reports that an offer of around £6m has been made from us for their striker Kleber.
The Brazilian himself isn't ruling out a return to European football, quite the opposite, but he did admit that he wants his future sorted out as quickly as possible as he worries that he could be made the scapegoat if he stays and the South American clubs form dips, along with his own with people then thinking it's because the 25 year old isn't committed to the club he's with.
It is believed that it will take at least £13m to sign Kleber anyway?
